Lotus' Last Mountain Hike

We're throwing in the towel in for Lotus, our almost 15 year dog, as far as up/down hill hikes go. She was rearing to go when we left, but was literally dogging it on the way down. Her little legs in the back were pretty wobbly and weak. It breaks my heart to have to leave her at home on these. We'll make sure to get some good flat hikes in this summer with her.
