We're doing this a little backwards. But in the end the post will scroll down and it will seem right. Just using the memory card that was in the card last.Little Bear's first time on his new hockey skates courtesy of one mister Santa Claus. He is also donning his new long underwear (aka running clothes), socks ("hockey socks"), elbow pads, mittens and helmet.
He did a fantastic job on the skates, well at least walked across the ice on his skates. As expected he fell a few times and after wanted us to hold his hand. We walked to the rink from our house. It is less than a quarter mile from the house. It snowed over night, so there was a couple of inches of fluffy snow covering it, but still skatable and we were able to shovel a path and the little rink. We just had the Bear all geared up with his skates on and pushed him over in the stroller putting our skates on when we arrived. He fell asleep on the way back home. Pure exhaustion from an exciting morning.
