House Selling & Buying Blues

So we show the house again tonight... We're trying to sell it on our own. One baby and two dogs makes that quite a challenge! We have found a house we love, but need to get this one sold first! We are not too worried about the other going very fast - it is quite a haul out there and has been on the market for a while. As the realtor said "It takes a special kind of person to want to live out here."
