Here are a few pictures from our Christmas celebrations. Moving back home to Anchorage, just days before Christmas was a bit hectic. We went on a wild tree hunt! Without time to go drive to our favorite place to cut down a tree, we looked all around town, only to find store were sold out or their trees were so dry they wouldn't sell them to us. We almost drove out to our land to see if there was a straggler we could chop down for the occasion. Bop, however, called around and found some still pretty fresh at the greenhouse in Eagle River.
Friends brought us treats to welcome us back. We had our annual Christmas Eve dinner at a good friend's house and made our yuletide pilgrimage to one of the neighborhood ice rinks today. Cubby has been fighting his first real crummy cold and Bear flew through the house, tripped and landed on the corner or a doorway yesterday leaving a big egg with a verticle dent on his "boggan" yesterday, just to add to the excitement. This morning Mr. Claus was very kind and generous. Everyone was really excited about what he left. I think Bop was most excited about his GoPro camera!
