Triathalon Training

The Papa Bear recently bought a bike trainer from a friend to get his triathlon training going. With the crazy weather we've had this winter, combined with our busy schedule, getting outside for exercise consistently hasn't been happening for us. We've had to move to plan B. After seeing Ben on his bike riding in a stationary position, Little Bear accidently found that out that if he gets a training wheel stuck on his bike and the back wheel stays off the ground that he too can ride stationary. He didn't want to miss out on Bop's training time tonight. As soon as he heard the bike trainer going (2 minutes after starting his bath) he drained the water from the tub so he could go down and watch. When I suggested I bring his bike down there too, he was ecstatic and told me to get it "stuck" so he could train too. This video is of them training together.
