We gave up looking to buy a house and started looking for one to rent, till we found our forever home. We found the most perfect house! We will rent it for a while, but the owner said she'd be willing to sell in about a year. She is really attached to the house and wants to make sure her new living situation is going to work out. It is in an old part of town so that place has all the character we dreamed of. It is also smack dab in between Ben's two new projects and biking distance too boot!
