This seat makes a lout metallic rattling sound that the manufacturer says is normal and doesn't compromise the safety of the product, but it does as the sound is so loud and annoying it distracts the driver. They are refunding me as we have thrown away the box and removed the tags to install it and Toys R Us will not take a product back in that condition, however they are making the process long, multi-stepped and drawn out!
